MaplRush SAS is a premium gaming club operating in Paris, France. We provide access to gaming equipment, organized tournaments, private room rentals, and related entertainment services. MaplRush does not sell goods or process online transactions through this website — our services are delivered exclusively at our physical premises.

3. Use of Premises

3.1 Age Requirements

• Visitors must be at least 16 years of age to enter MaplRush unaccompanied
• Visitors under 18 may be subject to specific time restrictions in accordance with French law
• Valid government-issued ID may be requested at entry

3.2 Conduct Rules

• All visitors must behave respectfully toward staff and other visitors
• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language of any kind will result in immediate removal
• Physical violence or threats will be referred to the authorities
• Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized software during gaming sessions is strictly prohibited
• Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited in all areas of the venue
• Consumption of alcohol is only permitted in designated areas and only by persons aged 18+

3.3 Equipment Usage

• All MaplRush equipment must be used with reasonable care
• Any deliberate damage to hardware or peripherals will be charged to the responsible visitor
• Visitors may connect their own peripherals (keyboard, mouse) at their own risk
• Installation of unauthorized software is strictly prohibited

4. Tournaments

4.1 Registration and Eligibility

• Tournament registration is confirmed only upon receipt of confirmation from MaplRush staff
• MaplRush reserves the right to refuse registration without providing a reason
• Participants must be present at the venue for the duration of the tournament

4.2 Tournament Rules

• The specific rules for each tournament are provided at the time of registration
• All decisions made by MaplRush judges and referees are final
• Use of exploits, cheats, or unauthorized third-party software results in immediate disqualification
• Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in disqualification and ban from future events

4.3 Prizes

• Prize pools are paid in cash at the venue or by bank transfer within 3 business days
• Winners must present valid government-issued ID to claim prizes
• Prizes are subject to applicable French tax regulations
• Prize pools may vary and are specified on a per-event basis

5. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• MaplRush's liability for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session in question
• Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence

MaplRush reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France. For consumer disputes, you may also contact the Médiateur du Commerce (French consumer mediation service).
