Frequently Asked Questions

Is registration free for all tournaments?
Most weekly cups are completely free to enter. Some special events or major championships may have a small entry fee. All fees and prize pools are clearly stated on each event page. Contact us at supp@mapplerush.com for details on any specific event.
Can I play as a solo player in team tournaments?
Yes! If you don't have a full team, register as a solo and our staff will help you find teammates through our community Discord or at the venue. We always have a queue of players looking for teammates.
What equipment do players use during tournaments?
All players use the club's standardized high-end equipment — RTX 4090 stations (for VIP/esports zones), 360Hz monitors, Razer keyboards and mice, and Sennheiser headsets. You may bring your own mouse or keyboard if preferred.
How are prizes distributed?
Cash prizes are distributed at the venue immediately after the final match. Larger events may require bank transfer within 3 business days. All winners must present valid ID to claim prizes.
What anti-cheat and fair play measures are in place?
All tournament machines run VAC, Riot Vanguard, or the respective native anti-cheat. Our staff monitors active matches and any reports of unsportsmanlike behavior are investigated immediately. Violators are disqualified and may be banned from future events.
